Will these cause a CEL?

Answer:
Hi Howard, Lower Downpipes will not throw a CEL on the VR30 as long as they're installed properly, because the lower cats are not monitored by the ECU. The O2 sensor that's installed in the LDP is the downstream sensor that monitors the upper cat.

Will this fit a Q50 HYBRID 2014?

No, these will only fit the twin turbo model.
