There
comes
a
point
in
the
quest
for
more
horsepower
where
stock
side-feed
type
injectors
simply
become
out-classed.
BDE
fuel
rails
work
with
the
stock
upper
plenum
and
allow
the
VG30DE(TT)
to
take
advantage
of
the
higher
flow
capacities
and
superior
technology
of
top-feed
injectors.
BDE
fuel
rails
are
anodized
black
and
feature
o-ring
port
inlets
and
outlets
for
guaranteed
leak-free
performance
while
the
mounting
hardware
is
designed
to
prevent
metal
to
metal
contact
and
insulate
the
fuel
rails
and
injectors
from
thermally
conducted
engine
heat.

Lower
plenum
-
Two
kits
are
available,
one
with
a
modified
lower
plenum
which
retains
stock
injector
height,
and
one
with
bolt-on
lower
plenum
adapters
which
raises
the
point
of
injection
by
11mm.
These
will
only
fit
early-style
(90-94
TT)
plenums.
-
Crossover/balance
tube
-
Modified
to
clear
the
fuel
rails,
the
idle
air
inlets
on
the
balance
tube
need
to
be
moved.
Modified
balance
tubes
eliminate
the
charcoal
canister
nipple
and
feature
-8
AN
flares
to
allow
AN
hose
ends
to
be
connected
to
the
idle
air
inlets.
Cores
may
be
NA
or
TT
versions,
but
must
be
Z32
variants
(sorry,
no
J30
Balance
Tubes).

Upper
plenum
-
Three
bosses
are
removed
to
clear
the
fuel
rails
and
mounting
hardware
and
the
entire
kit
is
fit
tested
prior
to
shipping.
Note,
if
your
plenum
has
been
chromed,
removal
of
these
bosses
will
damage
the
chrome
finish,
BDE
does
not
re-chrome
or
re-polish
these
areas
after
modification.

Throttle
cable
bracket
-The
cruise
control
cable
notch
is
removed
from
the
throttle
cable
bracket
for
clearance
to
the
fuel
rails.

Top-Feed
Injectors?

Dead
time
and
flow
rate
relative
to
voltage
and
fuel
pressure
are
fully
mapped
for
each
injector
and
then
matched
into
sets
of
six.
No
other
injector
supplier
provides
this
information!

Linearity,
ID
injectors
feature
exceptional
low
pulsewidth
linearity
for
easy,
predictable
idle
tuning
and
ECU
compensation
for
changing
conditions.

ID
Top-feed
injectors
are
available
in
725,
1000
and
2200
cc/min
flow
ratings
(all
rated
at
43.5psi)
which
opens
up
the
potential
to
make
well
over
2000HP
with
one
injector
per
cylinder
in
a
six-cylinder
engine.

lower

side-feed

The
lightweight
actuator
allows
cycle
periods
as
low
as
1.07
Ms
and
safe
duty
cycles
approaching
94%.

High
impedance
coils
means
resistors
or
an
injector
driver
is
not
needed,
the
stock
Z32
ECU
will
power
these
injectors
(with
the
proper
tune).
Combined,
these
attributes
add
up
to
the
ability
to
use
high
flow-rate
injectors
with
brutal
HP
potential
while
maintaining
excellent
low
speed
drivability.

you

avoid
the
core
charges,

components

modification

you
opt
to
have
pre-modified
parts
sent
to
you,
the
core
charge
is
refundable
once
your
good
cores
are
sent
back
to
us.
Stripped
bolt
holes
can
be
helicoiled
for
$15
each,
or
if
broken,
BDE
will
weld
and
helicoil
for
$35
each.
Powdercoated
or
chromed
cores
are
not
acceptable
for
exchange.
