This
mount
replaces
existing
OEM
transmission
mount.
The
transmission
mount
is
made
out
of
high
grade
billet
aluminum
material
with
urethane
material
for
the
bushings.
With
the
addition
of
this
mount
you
will
see
and
feel
an
improvement
with
wheel
hop
being
reduced
and
better
traction.
This
mount
will
also
aid
in
chassis
stability
allowing
faster
lap
times
with
less
transmission
slop
in
the
drive
line.
You
will
notice
much
more
precise
shifting
in
on/off
throttle
situations
like
in
Road
Racing
&
Autocross.

Very easy 30 minute install. My car makes all type of noises because "racecar" but this mount amplifies my transmission noises tenfold. Originally, I wanted to take it off since I was literally getting a massage from the vibrations but the smoother shifts make it worth it. Initially, the cabin noises would make my car sound like it had a V8. I would be able to hear the pistons firing but after a 1k miles break in period it calmed down a bit, where it's barely noticeable until you hit WOT.
