Question:
I have a Z32 300ZX and I am concerned about how far up the treads go into the shift knob so that it sits flush with the Z32 Shift boot which sits lower that that of a 350 or 370.

Hey Nic, I can't say we've tested this one on the 300ZX, but I would say your safest bet would be the long version.

Just received mine. Definitely a good shift knob, it is not heavy weighted though. It feels really nice and it's very easy to shift with.
Perfect fit, feels good, looks good. I ordered the ss super short. Great buy.
They type L fits a z32 very nicely and sits flush with the boot. Be careful with the Tomei logo as it gets scratched easily.
