Customer Questions
Question:
Hello,
I have purchased the SPL TRE Z33 PRO Front outer Tie Rod Ends V5 to correct bump steer on a 1995 300ZX TT lowered1 inch in the front. The questions I have is this over kill for a almost stock 300zx only driven on the road and not track. I noticed there is not dust boot to keep debris out. I just saw the Megan racing MRS-NS-0261 bump steer correction tie rod end with the dust boot. Would the Megan racing part be a more suitable choice considering the application?
- Daniel Maples
Answer:
We've actually had good luck running SPLs on the street. Despite the lack of dust boot, the SPL heim joints still last longer than Megan's tie rods.
