This project has been on the back burner for quite some time, but I’m excited to finally bring it to life. Much like Nissan’s release of the factory facelift (JDM '99 Spec) in the late ‘90s, I saw an opportunity to further modernize the Z32’s front end—as well as the Lamborghini Diablo’s—by designing clean, fluting-free composite headlight lenses.

After extensive trial and error with different manufacturing techniques, I succeeded in developing high-quality, direct-replacement lenses using polycarbonate injection molding.

Project Goals:

• Create a true direct-replacement headlight lens.
• Eliminate fluting and alignment tool mounting points for a cleaner look.
• Use optically superior materials with enhanced clarity.
• Apply UV-resistant coating through proper post-processing to meet industry standards.

• Direct replacements for Nissan Z32 300ZX and Lamborghini Diablo headlights.

• Features a bottom flange ridge that snaps securely into the factory groove.
• Accepts factory weather-stripping and mounting brackets.
• Discreet POLAR logo molded into the upper lens section – hidden once installed.

Note: The original four metal spring clips are no longer required for installation.
