Does the color match the OEM color or is painting required to match?

Answer:
Hey Michael, these are often close enough to the factory color that some people install them out of the box, but Interior Innovations does recommend painting them for a perfect finish, especially as they sometimes differ slightly between batches, and you can end up with a Left & Right that look a bit different from one another if they are left unpainted.

Does this item come with the seal/molding that is between the plastic and glass?

Very nice quality replacement - would have given it 5 stars - BUT - be aware ONLY the longer driver side section has screening installed, the smaller battery side has none.
Do not buy. Talk about wish.com quality. The seal that rides along the wind shield looks like a microwaved strip of bacon. All the mounted holes are off, zero of them where center. Had to modify some of the OEM clips to get them to sit inside some of the channels. Had to push down on the cowl every time to get a clip to go in. The metal mesh is melted into the plastic on the back side and comes out easy. Just over all, terrible product.
