Just wondering if these moulding clips are suitable for the slick top models?

Answer:
They are, but the rear-most clip (right before the hatch) is black on the T-top and sits a tiny bit shorter than these do. Nissan actually never acknowledged or created a part number for those black clips, and in fact still indicates that this part number is used in that location, so it's still the next best bet, short of re-using your originals for that position.
