Does the mirror come with mounting hardware for powered mirror mounting on the back?

Answer:
Hey Bill, it doesn't really use hardware, basically the plastic frame for the mirror has four little clips that hold it to the power mechanism inside the mirror housing. You simply pull the old mirror off those four clips, plastic frame included, and push the new one on.
