The CZP high capacity oil pan for the 350Z and G35 (with the VQ35DE motor) is made of high quality 6061-T6 aluminum weighing in at about 5.5 lbs. This oil pan helps to maintain more constant oil temperatures via increased volume of oil (+1 quart) and the improved cooling efficiency of the thick-walled cast aluminum construction. They also feature specially designed passive baffled interiors to keep the oil at the oil pump pick-up for improved engine reliability. The pan come with 2 sets of plates for the oil return locations, 2 for use with a oil return line and 2 for use as block off plates if you're not using this for a turbo setup.
