Description
Boost
jets
restrict
the
amount
of
boost
pressure
fed
to
the
wastegate
actuators.
Adding
these
to
the
wastegate
vacuum
lines
raises
the
maximum
boost
pressure
from
~9.5
psi
(stock)
to
approximately
12-13
psi,
giving
a
safe,
easy
power
gain.
Sold
in
a
pair.
These
will
only
work
on
factory
Twin
Turbo
cars
which
still
have
their
original
boost
control
plumbing
installed.
And
we
strongly
recommend
only
running
these
(or
raising
the
boost
in
general)
with
an
upgraded
ECU,
as
the
stock
ROM
does
not
have
fuel/timing
maps
set
up
to
handle
higher-than-stock
boost
pressure.

Answer:
Hi Jon, we do not recommend increasing the boost at all on a stock ECU, the timing/fuel tables are not setup for more than stock.
