Hey Bo, yes they are compatible with pretty much any catback, the outlets end in the exact same spot as where the cats/test pipes would be on a traditional setup.
With these headers do you reuse your oem gasket or do you have to order a different size gasket for the manifold?

Do you have to clearance or modify anything to make these fit?

Hey Jay, you won't have to clearance anything, but you will need to extended your O2 sensor harnesses.
