Yes, these are sold individually.
Hello,
I recently noticed my brake lights staying on after driving the car and also randomly going on while the car is parked and not being driven. I found a piece of a brittle rubber on the driver's side floor. I was wondering if it could be the bump stop that has broken and if that the cause of my brake lights staying on. If this is the cause, can they be replaced easily?
Please let me know.
Thank you!
Gabby

Hi Gabby, based on your symptoms and that you recently found brittle rubber bits on the floor, I would be pretty confident in saying these bump stops are the exact problem. When they go bad and crumble away, there's nothing pressing the brake light switch at the top of the pedal, which is why it causes the light to stay on (it basically thinks the pedal is always being pressed). Other than crawling around in the footwell area, they're very easy to install and basically just push into place.
