Description

AUS Injection has been manufacturing and refurbishing injectors for years now, and we've worked closely with them to bring this injector to the market. The AUS 850cc Injector is essentially a replica of the expensive Denso/Sard 850cc injector, and differs from other redrilled/modified injectors in several ways:

  • Flow matched within a 2% tolerance under five different test conditions of varying pressures and duty cycles to ensure even fuel distribution under all driving conditions.
  • Internal pintle spring modified to match the latency of Denso/Sard 850s.
  • Metering plate machined and retained for optimum fuel atomization.
  • Revised design locates coil above and out of the path of fuel, protecting the coil from corrosive ethanol. Coupled with stainless steel bodies, this makes the AUS 850 Injector E85-compatible.

These features make the AUS 850cc Injector an excellent alternative to the expensive Denso/Sard 850cc injector, while still offering exceptional performance and reliability. Because they were designed and built to match the Denso/Sard 850cc injector in latency and flow characteristics, it can be installed and used with an chip programmed for Denso/Sard 850cc injectors as well. AUS Injectors carry a 3-year warranty, and necessary O-rings are included along with a true flow-test data sheet, specific to the injectors you receive.


Application
These are New-Style Injectors, which drop right in to new-style fuel rails. If you're looking to install these in a car with old-style rails, you will need an adapter kit. Use the table below to determine if you need an adapter kit to install these injectors. Please note that it is necessary to grind away a small amount of casting on the plenum above the Cylinder #1 Injector Connector when installing new-style injectors with an old-style upper plenum.
