Question:
I read that this option switches you to a dual maf set up? If I’m not mistaken? Can I retain the factory 2.5 pipes (under headlamps) and still use my T pipe to allow me to use a single maf? Or is that not an option I must switch over to dual mag set up? Just want to be sure as I really want the 2.5 inlet upgrade but still plan to keep the car single maf for the time being.

Hi Edgar, this kit actually does have you re-use the factory pipes under the headlights either way, since they are already 2.5". The included couplers will switch you to a dual intake setup if you choose to run them, but because you'll still be on the factory under-headlight pipes, you can indeed still use the factory T-hose to run single MAF.

Hey Luis, it does not, as those pipes are 2.5" from the factory already.
Question:
Im boosting a N/A motor and will need to purchase the turbo inlet pipes. It is about the same price to purchase the AMS 2.5 Turbo inlet pipes then it is to buy the stock Turbo inlet pipes. i have stock turbos will the 2.5 ams Pipes fit them ? and is what comes in the kit all i need to go from the turbos to the pop chargers ? thank you.
Answer:
These will fit with factory turbos, though it is sometimes necessary to clearance the LH motor mount bracket if you're using stock there, too. This will basically cover everything from the MAFs to the turbo inlet side. Because it doesn't use the factory "T" pipe at the MAF, it will switch you to a dual setup, so you will need a second MAF, filter, and Selin Translator to tie it all together.
