Works great. Pros: - Great feel. Much more direct - Less vibration, but this may be due to my old shifter cup being worn - The right amount of "short" in the shift. Not too hard to move around. Cons: - No documentation, but there is plenty online now. It's not immediately obvious what the circular ring is for. - Reverse lockout pin strikes the alignment plate every now and then when coming out of reverse. Not a major issue, but explains why the stock lockout pin has a bevelled edge
