Hi Andrew, this is only compatible with LHD vehicles unfortunately.
In the photo, dead center next to the starter bypass, is a gray connector that's not on the manual transmission harness. What is it for? I don't have it connected to anything at the moment.

Hey Garrett, it connects to the body harness (and the other end is only there on the automatics) to make the reverse lights work.
What is the single looped plug for?
