Hey Antonion, this is by VIS. Their fitment still isn't as good as genuine Nissan/Infiniti but nothing ever is. We've found VIS to have acceptable fitment.

Is this OEM? If not, is it still a direct fit with no issues?

Hi Carlos, this is by VIS Racing and is not OEM. Nothing fits as good as the OEM bumpers, so we sell those as well, just search OEM IPL Bumper at the top!

Yes, these will fit any G37/Q60 CV36 Coupe. They do not come painted.
