Your IP Address

An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet. Other Information We Collect

When you purchase a product we ask you for information such as name, address, and credit card information. We Store and use this information so we can process your order. If necessary, we might use this information to contact you for help processing your order. When you go to the main pages in our Resource Center area, Concept Z Performance gives you the option of alerting a friend via an e-mail that contains a link to our site. All such information is Stored on our servers, but we will not send solicitations to the friend you have chosen to e-mail with this feature. Whenever you submit messages or feedback for other users, we Store that information. If we post such information, you will not be able to change or remove it from the site. Whenever you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mail or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect and Store such information. In order to monitor our customer service to serve you better, we also collect and Store your online interaction with our live Customer Service Representatives, online mechanics and online specialty part sourcing. From time to time, Concept Z Performance holds contests and sweepstakes. We will collect and Store all information relating to such contests and sweepstakes. Concept Z Performance might purchase information from third parties in order to supplement the information we have received from our customers.

Removing Your Information from Our Records

If for some reason, you want us to remove your credit card and contact information from our database, we will, but only after all of your transactions have been completed. All you have to do is send us an e-mail, visit our Customer Service Center or contact us using one of the methods listed below under How to Contact Us. Such information, however, is never completely removed from our database archives because we routinely back up our servers for disaster recovery and tax-record purposes.

Personal Information

Personal information includes your name, e-mail address, mailing address, method of payment information and other data that identifies you as an individual. Your personal information is used by Concept Z Performance, our suppliers and shippers in order to process and ship your orders. Concept Z Performance does not currently sell, trade, rent or release your personal information to third parties, but reserves the right to do so in the future.

Concept Z Performance occasionally shares aggregate data about customers, traffic patterns, sales, and other site information with partners, vendors, and other reputable third parties. This data, however, does not contain any personally identifying information. For example, we don't disclose that you purchased a specific product, but we might share statistics on how many customers have purchased a specific product.

Credit Card Security

Shopping on the Internet is incredibly safe. At Concept Z Performance, we ensure that it's safe by transferring all of your personal information, including your name, address and credit card, over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line. This ensures that your information is encrypted and cannot be read by others as it travels over the Internet. The secure mode begins when you initiate your order. You may also opt-in to receiving these marketing messages upon completing an order. You may also opt-out of emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in each email, and you may opt-out of SMS messages by replying "STOP" at any time.

Your information will never be shared with or sold to any other party. If you choose to receive our marketing messages, these channels will only ever be used for marketing (to inform you of promotions, new products, sales events, etc). We will still send order status and updates via email, regardless of your subscription status to our marketing emails or SMS campaigns.

Concept Z Performance' Safe Shopping Guarantee

Shopping with us is so safe we guarantee it with our Safe Shopping Guarantee. In a nutshell, we guarantee every transaction as 100 percent safe. If unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with us while using our secure server, we will reimburse you up to the maximum $50 legal liability. We only require that you follow the reporting steps required by the issuer of your card (under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges).

CZP Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in this online catalog supersede all previous catalogs. However, we cannot control price increases by our suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct misprints. We will notify you before charging you more than the price shown in this catalog during the online catalog's life.

CZP Returns & Cancellation Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days. Special order items cannot be returned. If you're not sure if your item is returnable, please submit an item return request through your order history online, or contact us.

If you need to cancel an order or item on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Special order, custom-order, or pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled. Any exceptions will be made at the discretion of the items' respective vendor/manufacturer.

All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.

Concept Z Performance will not accept any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue as defined by the manufacturer/vendor. An inspection process may take place to verify the product meets the warranty criteria. Products used in racing or off road conditions are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation.

Inspections of returned merchandise are completed within 4-6 days of receipt of the return. Additional time may be needed if the merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer/vendor for further testing.

Concept Z Performance is not liable for any labor or repair fees under any circumstance. Any defective product must be reported immediately, and go through the manufacturers warranty and policy process.

Concept Z Performance cannot accept returns of special or custom ordered parts. Programming or Software are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.

Credit Card or PayPal Disputes: Do not file a credit card dispute if you have any issues or problems with your orders, there is a $50 Chargeback fee plus shipping fees for documents that is not refundable. Please contact us to resolve any issues before you file any disputes.

Order Corrections & Exchanges

It is sometimes necessary for us to exchange or replace items from a purchase in order to correct for a product sent that was damaged, incorrect, or being swapped as part of a warranty exchange. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label at our discretion, and will require the returning item(s) to be sent back before replacement item(s) can be released. In special circumstances, we may offer to ship the replacement item(s) immediately once a refundable deposit has been paid, which will be refunded when the original item(s) are returned. This option is not guaranteed, and will be offered at CZP's discretion.

Exchanges & replacement shipments will always be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order. For example, if replacing an item that was shipped using 2-day Shipping, the replacement will also be shipped via 2-day Shipping. CZP does not ship replacements at methods faster than the original order(s), nor do we offer any sort of compensation for any costs incurred waiting for replacement parts, including but not limited to vehicle storage fees, shop labor, etc.

In the event that replacement item(s) are not available, we will make every effort to provide the best possible alternative options.

Core Credit Refunds

If your order was subject to a core charge, your core must be returned within 60 days of the order ship date. All core returns (including, but not limited to: ECUs, turbochargers, cam gears, alternators, and starters) are subject to professional inspection upon arrival. Should inspection deem your core(s) unusable, a credit or refund will not be issued. Usable cores returned within 60 days can be refunded either to the original payment method used for the original order, or into store credit on the customer's CZP account, per the buyer's preference.

Cores returned after 60 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, even returns approved outside of the 60-day window will only be refundable as store credit. CZP reserves the right to reject any core returns that do not adhere to these terms.
