1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Concept Z Performance ("Sponsor"), a company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Concept Z Performance is solely responsible for administering this Promotion and fulfilling all prizes. This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any social media platform, including Instagram, Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.), or Google. Any questions about this Promotion should be directed to Concept Z Performance, not to any platform.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on July 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of this window will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter:
- Employees, officers, and directors of Concept Z Performance
- Immediate family members of the above, defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside
- Members of the same household as the above, whether or not related
4. How to Enter
Method 1 — Purchase Entry (Paid)
Make a qualifying purchase of $250.00 USD or more before tax and shipping at the Concept Z Performance website during the Promotion Period. Each $250.00 spent in a single qualifying transaction automatically generates one (1) entry into the sweepstakes drawing. Entries are not cumulative across separate transactions for purposes of a single entry; each qualifying transaction is evaluated independently.
Example: A $500.00 purchase = 2 entries. A $749.00 purchase = 2 entries. A $750.00 purchase = 3 entries.
Method 2 — Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the text "CZP JULY 2026 ENTRY" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and received no later than August 7, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mass-produced or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Mail-in entries receive one (1) entry regardless of purchase amount.
Important: A purchase does not improve your chances of winning relative to a free mail-in entry. All entries are combined into a single drawing pool.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will be selected. Prizes are awarded as Concept Z Performance store credit (gift card) with no cash equivalent or transfer. Prizes are non-transferable.
- First Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,500.00 USD in Concept Z Performance store credit. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500.00.
- Second Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,000.00 USD in Concept Z Performance store credit. ARV: $1,000.00.
- Third Prize: One (1) winner will receive $500.00 USD in Concept Z Performance store credit. ARV: $500.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000.00 USD. Store credit is valid for use at ConceptZPerformance.com only and is subject to standard store credit terms. Concept Z Performance is not responsible for lost, expired, or stolen store credit after issuance to the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or after August 1, 2026, at a date and time determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.
Potential winners will be notified by email using the address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the notification being sent. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Verification and Affidavit
Before a prize is issued, each potential winner may be required to sign and return a short winner verification form. This form does two things: (1) it confirms that the winner is who they say they are and meets all eligibility requirements, and (2) it includes a standard liability release, meaning the winner agrees not to hold Concept Z Performance responsible for any issues related to the prize after it has been issued. The form may also include a publicity release, giving Concept Z Performance permission to announce the winner publicly by name on social media or in marketing materials.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not return the form within five (5) business days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Tax Responsibilities
All prizes are considered taxable income to the winner under applicable federal and state law. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on prizes received.
Pursuant to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act enacted July 4, 2025, the federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold for prizes awarded in tax year 2026 is $2,000. All three prizes in this Promotion ($1,500, $1,000, and $500) fall below this threshold. Accordingly, Sponsor is not required to issue a Form 1099-MISC to any winner and no W-9 collection is required by Sponsor. However, all prize winnings remain taxable income to the winner under applicable federal and state law, and each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed. Concept Z Performance recommends all winners consult a qualified tax professional.
9. General Conditions
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules.
- All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
- This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Concept Z Performance and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or prior notice.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. By entering, participants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Social Media Platforms
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Any questions or comments regarding the Promotion should be directed to Concept Z Performance, not to any social media platform. By entering, each participant fully releases Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and all other social media platforms from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.
