If I send my rack in first what would the turn around look like due to the lack of cores

Does it come with new inner tie rods or u guys reused the ones on the old core that I send ?

About the rack and pinion, can I send the old core to you guys after I purchase and receive the new rack and core?

Yep, you would just need to pay the core charge up front, then it would be refundable once we receive your rack back.
I am looking at the power steering rack and pinion (LHD) Do I have to send the old core to you guys if I purchase the rack with new core?

Hi Sharat, if you pay the core charge you don't HAVE to send your core back, but of course then you would not get that core refunded. If you want to avoid the core charge, you would need to send your core first.
