Will this go on a 2003 G35 automatic sedan? If so, what other alterations would I have to add to the car in order to optimize these cams for maximum performance and engine longevity? Will this work with the stock valve springs, lifters, and pistons?

Hi Peter, on these cars, you'll want to upgrade the valve springs (and also adjust VTC via tuning) once you cross 11mm lift. So for anything other than the Stage 1 cams, they will require springs.
