Hi. Is the only difference between this kit and the $56 "OEM-fitment" kit the fastener style? Ie Capscrew style vs tapered head shoulder bolts?

Hey Keanu, you have it right. This uses standard allen head bolts with the conical aluminum washers you see in the pics. The "OEM fitment" kit has machined shoulder bolts that mimic the OEM shape and style, and those use OEM-style rubber or silicone bushings as well.
