What is the purpose of the optional flying lead harness?

Hey Vincent, the flying lead harness allows you to utilize the additional I/O ports this ECU has, so you can install an IAT sensor, MAP sensors boost control solenoid, etc. Without that, you will be limited to just what the ECU is wired to over the factory harness connector.
Is this compatible for flex fuel tuning ?? Or is this strictly for 91 or E85 only ??

Any Windows x86 (Intel/AMD) machine running Windows XP or later is enough to run the software.
Will this standalone work on a JDM RHD 300zx 2+2 TT?
I can't find any information if it's pinouts are different

Yes, the pinout is the same between JDM/RHD and USDM/LHD, so it's still compatible as long as it's a M/T car.
