Hi, I just wondering does Stillen 50442 Axle Back compatible with 2018 Infiniti Q50 red sport? The reason why I ask is 2015 Q50 have VQ37VHR engine but 2018 Q50 have VR30ddtt engine.

Yes, everything from the Y-pipe and back fits the same between the VQ37 and VR30 models. The only thing to keep in mind is that exhausts designed for the VQ37 may be a bit quiet on the VR30, and exhaust for the VR30 might be too loud on the VQ37.
