Hey Alejandro, pretty much any aftermarket clutch will make the pedal heavier and this one is definitely no exception. The stock pedal assembly actually has an assist spring to make it easier to push, and it's a pretty light pedal out of the factory for this reason. I would check if your spring is still there. If it is, I would suspect your clutch has been replaced already.

Opted for the Silent Disc to be used with a JWT lightweight flywheel, and it made a world of difference, car idles without having the noisy chatter of a single mass lightweight flywheel, and to my surprise, the silent disc was stamped Exedy 1SD141U... HUGE difference for the better.

Description

This Southbend clutch kit utilizes the SS pressure plate, which offers stronger clamping force over stock and the HD pressure plate, with about a 10-15% increase in pedal pressure. It can be paired to your choice from several different discs, to offer different torque capacities and pedal feels specific to your needs!

Organic SS-O
