Are the seals easy to install? Or do the old seals need to be drilled and pried out?

Hi Raul, on the VQ37 they can simply be removed by hand. It's the VQ35DE that makes the seals part of the valve covers.

Will this seal be good for both sides or there’s rh side and lh seal
