Hi what is the torque settings for this pulley stud and also for the lower one ?

Hey Craig, you generally want to just get the stud reasonably snug, then tighten the idler nuts to 32-43 ft-lbs. Also not a bad idea to use a small amount of blue threadlocker on the studs.
