Just got the step colder oem ngk spark plugs. Are these pre gapped ready to install?

Is it pointless to get the colder plugs on a stock G?

Answer:
If the car is bone stock it's not really going to benefit you much. You could probably argue that a higher mileage car may have some carbon build-up, which generally increases the chances of detonation, so a colder plug would help alleviate that.

i have a tomei y pipe back exhaust on a 03 350z AT . should i get the standard or the colder?

Answer:
We generally recommend 1 step colder for almost anyone, they don't really foul noticeably faster but they help prevent pinging either way.
