Are these the bolts between the half shaft and the axle? The shoulder looks a bit small in the picture. I will need 12 total for 6 bolt twin turbo axles

That's correct, these connect the axle stubs on the differential to the half-shaft (axles). There are indeed 6 per side; 12 per vehicle.
