Hi Brian, yes if you were to swap over the US finisher, it would work on a US car

Would the locking cylinder get in the way if you tried to put these on a LHD Z? - Spencer Rogers

Hi Spencer, yes it would, you'd need to drill a hole for them.

I have a left hand drive 2+2. Will these fit my car still? What’s the difference? - Oyemon Grace

Hi Oyemon, the only difference is these do not have the hole for the lock cylinder.
