Hi Noah, it will physically fit, but it will be very loud since the VQ37 is just a louder engine.

Excellent quality, sounds fantastic installed on a 2019 Q50 red sport, my only gripe was the pipes not long enough so now the tips are hiding underneath the diffuser. But it sounds amazing when those turbos are at full force you can definitely hear it. I had it done at the dealer they only charged me half an hour labour.
