I'm confused. Are the rear brake calipers for example; 44001-JL02A, 44001-4GH1A, 44001-5CA0B, all the same except for color? Will they all fit different models such as 2016-18 Q50 Red Sports, G37 Coupes, Q60's etc.

Yep, other than the colors they are all the same and they all interchange. The Q50/Q60 calipers have some extremely minor cosmetic differences you wouldn't even notice unless you compared them to 370Z/G37 calipers, but they don't affect fitment or function at all.
