Description
The
VR30DDTT
motor
is
notorious
for
heat
soak,
especially
of
the
intake
air
cooler
system.
After
only
a
few
pulls,
the
VR30
will
aggressively
reduce
torque
and
boost
in
order
to
keep
temps
down,
robbing
you
of
horsepower.
Nissan
attempted
to
mitigate
this
issue
by
increasing
the
frontal
surface
area
and
size
of
the
heat
exchanger
compared
to
the
one
in
the
Q50/Q60,
but
it's
just
not
enough,
especially
in
hotter
climates.
So
we
partnered
with
industry
leader
CSF
to
produce
an
upgraded
intercooler
heat
exchanger
to
combat
this
issue!
The
CZP
Heat
Exchanger
more
than
triples
the
coolant
capacity
compared
to
the
stock
core,
and
has
double
the
core
thickness
with
an
improved
core
design!
This
increase
in
size
dramatically
improves
cooling
capacity
for
the
water-to-air
intercooler
system,
allowing
you
to
drive
harder
and
maintain
maximum
power
output
for
longer!
