I agree with the guys at Concept Z. When I originally purchased this over 6 years ago, I did not see OR there was no mention of this potentially not cooling as well as the fan clutch, engine-driven fan. I ended up throwing the $190 fan and shroud in the trash because my car kept overheating and boiling the radiator. This was no matter how hard I tried to make it work. IF you chose to use this on a TT, ONLY use it to replace the e-fan. KEEP the belt-driven fan.

Description

The Mishimoto Nissan 300ZX aluminum fan shroud kit will considerably improve engine cooling functions and the overall performance of your vehicle. All Mishimoto fan shrouds are significantly lighter than standard fan shrouds. In maintaining the lifetime of your engine, it is ideal to keep your engine running cool, especially during those unbearably hot days. A Mishimoto fan shroud will notably improve engine cooling performance by delivering more air to your 300ZX turbo aluminum radiator and driving out excess heat while at the same time serving another very important purpose; securing the fan blades. Which otherwise could potentially damage other essential components in your engine.

We here at CZP don't agree with Mishimoto's statement above, and believe the stock clutch fan setup is most efficient. We will still sell the product for those non-believers, but remember, you've been warned!!!
