hey I have a question for the kaminari side skirts, urethane-nissan 350z is it a cover to put on top of the original skirt or does it already have the drill holes to jus take to the old skirt off and put this one on by itself?

These are a complete replacement, so you'll have to remove your old side skirts.

Great fitment for an aftermarket side skirt. They were about 90% out of the box. Only a little trimming was needed in a few places.
