How many of these bushings are required per side to replace all of this style?

Answer:
Hi Brian, if you're looking to replace all bushings that can use this style, it would be 4x per side, 8x total. Add 1 more per side if this is a non-turbo and you want to replace the inner toe arm bushing. You can also check the diagram in the photo gallery on this product listing, this bushing covers all marked #6 and #8.
