Do you recommend purchasing a set of 2 of this part for either side or one of the right-hand bearings part # 43280-AA300 separately for the right wheel.

Answer:
Hey J, this part number is technically the LH side (you can see the RH side in the "Related Items" section below in the product listing). For a while, the LH side was significantly cheaper, but it can be used on either side by simply swapping the position of the alignment pin on it, which is why we listed it for both.
