Is there some type of extension I could use to fit this in my g37 coupe

Hi Ivan, I can't say we carry any extension pipes that would make this fit a G37 unfortunately.
Question:
Will this fit my 2013 Nismo? I had a problem with fitment when i ordered an axle back a bit ago, being the pipes were too short

Answer:
Hey Jerred, they'll have the same issue. Basically any exhaust that doesn't say it's for the Nismo will physically bolt up and work, but the tips will look sunken in because of the Nismo's rear bumper.
