The
Haltech
5
Bar
"TI"
MAP
Sensor
is
designed
for
high-boost
forced-induction
applications
requiring
accurate
manifold
pressure
measurement
beyond
the
range
of
lower-pressure
MAP
sensors.
It
provides
the
ECU
with
manifold
pressure
data
used
for
engine
load
calculation,
fuel
and
ignition
mapping,
boost
control,
data
logging,
and
engine
protection
strategies.
With
a
5
Bar
absolute
pressure
range,
this
sensor
is
suitable
for
turbocharged
and
supercharged
engines
operating
at
up
to
approximately
400
kPa
(60
psi)
of
boost.
The
sensor
uses
a
1/8"
NPT
thread
and
includes
multiple
connection
options
for
easier
integration
into
custom
performance
applications.
