How would I go about installing this into my front bumper? Would I need to screw it down, 3m tape, etc.

Answer:
Hey Greg, I would recommend either 3M VHB tape (it's the super super strong stuff used for body panels) or silicone adhesive. If you don't mind the appearance, we have seen people drill and use rivets in each corner.
