If you're looking for a true big brake kit without breaking the bank, this is the kit for you! The Nissan community has been adapting the Akebono Sport Brakes from the 370Z & G37 Sport Models to other platforms for years now, and those have been the gold standard for affordable BBKs for our cars. The CZP Big Brake kit gives you the exact same fitment and performance at a fraction of the price!

The CZP 14" Complete Big Brake kit includes brand new (not used or remanufactured) CZP calipers, featuing 4 opposing pistons up front and 2 in the rear, and finished in red powdercoat. These fit over the matching CZP 14" (355mm) front and 13.75" (350mm) rear rotors, available in your choice between two styles detailed below. Choose between an aggressive street pad from Dynamic Friction Company (DFC), all the way up to the serious, track-focused Paragon R7 to build the perfect kit for your car!

Explanation of Options

Application: By default this kit includes calipers and brake lines for the given application and will also include caliper adapter brackets if necessary for the application.

Brake Rotor: Your choice between the enthusiast-grade CZP Single Piece drilled & slotted rotors in silver zinc plating, or CZP Floating 2-Piece slotted rotors finished in black hard coat and anodized hats, for those who need serious track performance (or just bragging rights)!

Brake Fluid: You can use any DOT 3 or higher fluid (except 5.0!), but we love Motul 5.1. It has a much higher boiling point than your factory fill, but unlike race fluids, it resists moisture absorption, making it well suited for mixed use between aggressive street driving, and light competition driving.

Brake Pads: We offer DFC 4000 HybriDynamic pads from Dynamic Friction Company, which are a great choice for those looking for a street-friendly pad. These are designed to offer long life, low dust, and low noise, while still offering a confident bite when you need it.
For the Paragon options, they are ordered by aggression: We recommend the P2 and P3 pads for street and occasional track driving, with the R5 and R7 intended for purpose-built race applications. • These require at least 18" diameter wheels to clear. Even with a large enough diameter, the design of the specific wheel still matters. Please use the templates available on this page to ensure fitment before ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure fitment. We will not accept returns due to wheel fitment, no exceptions.
• Any time you increase rotor size, you will need to trim and/or remove the dust shields that surround the rotors. This is different for each platform, but expect to bust out the grinder.
• ALWAYS INSTALL CALIPERS WITH THE BLEEDER POINTING UP.
• ALWAYS HAND-THREAD CALIPER BOLTS BEFORE TIGHTENING.
