In the title, it describes the kit as a 6 and 4 piston arrangement, however in the description both front and rear calipers are 4 piston?

Hey Adam, there are two variants available, a 6-piston front/4-piston rear, or 4-piston front & rear. You would select the kit you want from the drop-down options at the top of the page.
