HEY! guys I have a 2006 Nissan 350z and I was wondering if getting this sensor will upgrate some of the mods I have already installed on the car, the car is not tuned yet I mean is it worth for me to get this sensor straight out of the box or if I can get this sensor and I have to get some other parts and how many of the comes on my car? please thanks in advance.

This sensor is really only necessary if you're exceeding the metering capabilities of the stock MAF. So basically in a higher HP boosted application. It can be installed in a naturally aspirated car, but it would require tuning to do so, and realistically won't net you any benefits from doing so.
