how long is the break in period? Also what is a safe rpm to shift or drive at?

We recommend a 500-1000 mile break-in. You can drive normally, you just don't want to rev it out or do any launches.

Hi Germond, this clutch is great for a car that's daily driven and occasionally sees more aggressive driving. The pedal is barely stiffer than stock and it still has smooth engagement like a stock clutch.
What stage clutch is this?
