Hi John, unfortunately Tein does not make these for AWD models
Will I need to purchase any additional adjustable suspension components with this to get suspension/alignment back to spec?

Yes, as soon as you lower the vehicle you would need to adjustable components to match factory spec. Generally on these cars you need front upper camber arms, rear camber arms, and rear toe bolts.
