It says it comes with the distance sensor. My Q50 does not have the upgraded cruise control will it matter? Also I have a premium which does not come originally with this bumper but this is the bumper I want it should fit, correct?

Hi Carlton, this bumper does not come with the distance sensors, it is for Q50 models that come with distance sensors. It will fit, but it will have holes for the sensors, so you would be better off getting p/n 62022-4HD0H which is the same thing, minus the sensor holes.
