Are the q60 the same as q50 ones ?

Hi Luis, fitment is the same, but the springs themselves are different to account for the different weights and weight distributions of the vehicles.
WIth installing these, do I need the adjustable control arms in front? Will this Camber out my car?

Hey George, for how much these drop, they will give a good amount of negative camber, so we strongly recommend adding front & rear camber arms as well as rear toe arms or toe bolts.
