Hi Tony, these are brand new, so they do not have a core charge at all.
If I am looking for a used one what years should I look for?
Is it safe to assume G37/370Z all have the CD009?

Hey Jason, the CD009 shipped on the 05-06 350Z, 05-06 G35 Sedan, and 05-07 G35 Coupe. Anything HR/VHR (twin throttle body) has a different transmission that's not a CD009 and, while the internals are similar, the HR/VHR trans switches to an internal concentric slave cylinder and changes the bolt pattern at the bellhousing.
How much horsepower can it take if you know it’s the same as a CD009
