Can i install this with stock modifications or are there any other required modifications needed with this?

Hi Tyler, the only modification needed to run these is you have to open up the holes in the core support for the pipes to pass through.

Hey Ommid, the only difference is there's one with oiled filters and one with dry filters. The oiled filters are better for performance, since they're more porous and they use oil to collect dust. Dry filters will do a better job cleaning, but since they're a denser material, they're not quite as good for performance. But in reality, the difference is pretty negligible and just comes down to personal preference.
